This luxury home is located on Anini Beach below the magnificent Cliffs at Princeville on the north coast of Kauai. A large coral reef protects this beach from rough water all year long making it ideal for swimming and snorkeling. The white sand extends from the beach into the lagoon which gradually changes into rock and coral formations. This new home has three spacious bedrooms and a family room which can serve as a fourth bedroom. It was constructed with hardwood and marble imported from the Philippines and is over 3000 square feet. This luxury home has a large, covered lanai which looks directly onto the beach. 

It's an excellent place to read, relax and enjoy the view, while watching children play. This home has everything you would expect to find in a luxury home. Located on the main level is the living room, family room, a bathroom and a modern fully equipped kitchen. The upper level consists of the master bedroom with a king-size bed, a second TV, a wet bar and a marble bathroom with a double Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. There is also an adjacent library with an extensive collection of books on Hawaiiana. An adjoining wing contains two additional master bedrooms with private baths, wet bar, telephone, and TV.
