Description

Plumeria is designed with the couple in mind, but with two additional sleeping areas and an extra bath a total of six can be accommodated. A large lanai offers an outdoor lifestyle to dine and relax. The Hawaiiana design takes advantage of the prevailing trade winds and provides great views. Many environmentally friendly aspects were incorporated into the house such as recycled building materials, a solar hot water system, and filtered drinking water.

Loft bedroom has Queen size bed and ocean and mountain views
Second bedroom has a double futon sofa/bed and can be left as a TV/sitting room if not needed as a bedroom - equipped with a TV/VCR.
Second bathroom (located next to the second bedroom) has a small, child tub.
The kitchen (open in to the living room) has a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, toaster oven, coffee maker, 4-birner gas range/oven, ceiling fan.
The living room has exposed beams and ceiling fans and opens out to the lanai by way of several set of French doors, and is furnished with a built-in sofa, tow 'south-pacific' woven, roll back arm chairs, and interior table and chairs setting.  
The yard is off the side of the home and is private and protected from the street.  There are tropical fruit and citrus trees and a hot and cold outdoor shower.
The home and the property have a wonderful atmosphere, with its idyllic setting, location and style, and is furnished to compliment this theme of relaxed comfort.  The redwood floors throughout add the the overall charm and character of "Plumeria".
